          CGR Recessed Filter Plate

          CGR Recessed Filter Plate features a caulked, gasketed recessed chamber design where the filter cloth edge is secured into a groove around the plate perimeter. This virtually eliminates side leakage during filtration. Ideal for chemical wastewater, electroplating, pigment and pharmaceutical slurries. EPDM / NBR / Viton gasket options matched to pH and temperature. Center or corner feed available; open or closed filtrate discharge.

            CGR Membrane Filter Plate

            CGR Membrane Filter Plate combines the leak-resistant CGR sealing system with an expandable membrane for secondary cake squeezing. After initial filtration, compressed air or water inflates the membrane to further reduce cake moisture. Suitable for mining concentrates, chemical sludge and municipal biosolids. Fixed or replaceable membrane design; custom plate size and squeezing pressure available.

              Non-gasketed (NG) plates offer faster cloth installation and lower upfront cost. The filter cloth wraps over the plate surface without a sealing groove, making replacement quick and simple. Minor dripping can occur during operation — acceptable for standard sludge dewatering where site cleanliness is not critical.

              Gasketed CGR plates embed the cloth edge into a machined groove, creating a virtually leak-free seal. They are the preferred choice for chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food-grade and high-pressure applications where filtrate leakage is unacceptable.
